Meet Our Managing Partner
Nate Frederick
Nate Frederick, Managing Partner of LeConte Capital, LLC has been involved in business acquisition and development for over 30 years. After beginning his career with a Top 100 corporation, Zurich International, he has held executive-level roles in several nationally recognized companies where his responsibilities included sales, operations, management, mergers and acquisitions, finance, accounting, product launch, and strategic development.
His resume includes that of a Bank Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of a large transportation company, CEO and Founder of a SAS website, and most recently the Chief Development Officer for one of the region’s largest builders of short-term rental homes. Nate’s strong working relationship with the area’s top developers, his business acumen, and his keen understanding of the short-term rental market makes him well-suited for the role of Asset Manager for syndicated real estate investment offerings.
